our double room with safe, all the usual amenities, for example was nicely refurbished. the breakfast was warm and rich for all tastes, local food.

This hotel is an excellent value. The room has a good size and this is also true for the bath room. The many colours of the room is somewhat distracting. Some white paint could improve the impression substantially. However, this is a minor point for a couple of nights in the beautiful city Catania.

If you don't know how to get to the hotel when you arrive, it can be a bit awkward but it runs parallel to the via Etnea behind the park and is actually relatively close to the main street.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel also offers luggage storage who need to keep their belongings after check-out. Another positive aspect is the proximity to Piazza Stecissoro, where guests can take the metro to the Central Train Station.

Taxis are difficult to find in the area, which can be inconvenient who rely on this mode of transportation.
